Besides studying, Jenn loved to travel throughout Boston and the surrounding areas trying all the wonderful foods this amazing city had to offer.
Umbria Institute- Study Abroad Perugia, Italy- Fall 2000
This was the “eat your way through Europe” trip. The culinary experience was something Jenn will never forget. Pointing to a menu item written in a language she couldn’t understand and waiting for the surprise that awaited was a great way to expand her horizons and try things she didn’t even know existed.

Finally following her passion for television and hosting, Jenn traveled to NYC every week to learn as much as possible while still managing to stop along the way and taste some of NYC’s wonderful edible gems.

Park 19 Cookies was all about unique but delicious cookie combination’s. Some of the most popular flavors included the Cinnamon Bun Cookies, Pretzel Chocolate Chunk, Red Velvet, Creme Brule and Fluffernutter just to name a few. Accolades included being featured on the Rachael Ray show as “Snack of the Day”, Modern Bride Magazine, 2010 Oscar gift bags, many gourmet food blogs and numerous local publications. The end of this business led Jenn to the beginning of “Bite Me”.
